Difference between AC generator and DC generator .

Generator which consists AC current is called ac generator and current which contain DC current is called DC generator........ hope this will help you.........

Hey mate!!!!

The difference is :-

AC ( Alternate current)

• The current which reverses its direction periodically.

• IN India, AC reverses its direction in every 1/100 second.

DC (Direct current)

• The current which does not reverse its direction.

• Loss of energy transmission over long distance is high.

• Sources of DC :- Cell, battery, storage cells
