Hey there....

Here is your answer ->

Homosphere:-

Upto the height of about 100 km from the earth surface, the composition of the atmosphere remains almost the same. It is known as homosphere. The proportion of the gases remains constant in this layer of atmosphere.

Heterosphere:-

Above the homosphere, the proportion of the gases in the atmosphere vary and have heterogeneous character. This layer is known as heterosphere. It extends from the homosphere upto 10000km above.

This layer is subdivided into four categories :-

  • Molecular Nitrogen layer (200km extension)
  • Atomic Oxygen layer (1100km extension)
  • Helium layer (3500km extension)
  • Hydrogen layer (beyond 3500km)

Hope this helps you friend......
