Hey guys , i am a 14 yr old from India , i am 75kgs and 185cm , i am planning to start a diet and work out soon... I need a help from you regarding which diet or excercise i must follow,if any of you have lost some weight , please let me know how you felt the first day and the last day , and did you feel that you should have never done that before .... please help by sharing your story

eat vegetable in dinar lanch and breakfast don't eat fast food and junk food and no oilly food mantan diet for 3 months

Your weight is okay for your height you don't need weight loss , but you can still switch to healthy diet anyday thats best for you try having more vegetables and fruits cuz it has lots of essential mineral and vitamins and try not to have junk food occassionally its okay but not everyday , working out will be the easiest part because you exercise only for 1 hours in a day you can start with bodyweight workout start for the basics and climb up , strech before your workout and do proper warm ups to prevent injury. and good luck for your journey
