• A person being prime minister can't be permanent .
• Prime minister can't take any decision without vote by the member of parliament.
• For being prime minister people must be mentally fit as well as selected by the more then half member of lok sabha member of lok sabha .
• prime minister can't help other's finencialy without asking permission of parliament member.
• The first person of country is given to president .
• president can increase or decrease the period of prime minister during emergencies .
• all forces are in direct control of president .
• prime minister can't help the single people of country without permission of the member of parliament .
• judgement power are under the control of court not prime minister.
• Minimum age to be prime minister is 35 year .
• prime minister have to follow all the rules in the administration .
