Monera is a kingdom that contains unicellular organisms with a prokaryotic cell organization, such as bacteria. They are single-celled organisms with no true nuclear membrane. The taxon Monera was first proposed as a phylum by Ernst Haeckel in 1866. 

Sponges, the members of the phylum Porifera, are a basal Metazoa clade as a sister of the Diploblasts. They are multicellular organisms that have bodies full of pores and channels allowing water to circulate through them, consisting of jelly-like mesohyl sandwiched between two thin layers of cells.

Monera is a kingdom which consists of unicellular organism for example amoeba
These are prokaryotic cells means they don't have nucleus .
Yeah
Porifera is phylum they are sponge like .
They are used to make towels and many more uses .
