Atoms:

Atoms are the building block of molecules.The smallest singular entity which displays the chemical properties of the corresponding element.

Molecules:

Molecules are made of two or more elements. They don't display the individual properties of the constituent elements.

Element:

The element is the fundamental substance that consists of only one type of atom.Elements consist of smaller particles & can be man- made or synthetic.

Compound:

The chemical formula of water is H2O.Water is made of two hydrogen atoms & one oxygen atom.Which are made by combination of two or more kinds of elements are called compounds.
