Look if you are in CBSE school your Project won't be creating any impact on marks, exmanier give marks on the basis of what you have done in your answer sheet and how well you can answer the questions asked by him in the viva. For answering questions in a better way you need simple project as making a complex project will allow them to confuse you more and they can ask you some very good questions.

So choose some simple project in which there is no deep Concepts involved like Logic gates or Basic water heater using blades.
