Determine the acceleration of the car and the distance travelled.​

Final velocity = 46.1 m/s

Time = 2.47s

Acceleration = (v-u)/t

= ( 46.1-18.5)/2.47

=37.6/2.47

= 15.14m/s^2

s=ut+1/2at^2

s=18.5*2.47+1/2* 15.14*2.47*2.47

s=46.495 + 1/2 * 92354/1000

s=46.495 + 46.177

s=92.672

Distance = 92.672
