Resistance R=Sl/A where S is specific resistivity
l is length and A is area.

So R1/R2= S1/S2 × l1/l2 × (r2)^2/(r1)^2

where r is radius.

So R1/R2 = 1.62×10^-8/4.86×10^-8 × 2l/l × (2r)^2/(r)^2

R1/R2= 1/3 × 2 × 4

R1/R2= 8/3.

or

3R1 = 8R2.

It's implies that R1 is greater than R2 i.e; A has more resistance than B.
