Explanation:

1.while working on a text document we press ctrl+s to save the document we have written.

2.word wrap is a word processing feature that forces all text to be confined within defined margins.

3.we can change font size by font option from home tab.

4.the text will align towards the right margin giving ragged edges on the left side.to right align select the paragraph text and click align right icon.

5.five components of word processor are:

  • Title bar. -a title bar is located at the very top of the screen.
  • Menu bar-the menu bar is normally found directly below the title bar
  • .tool bar -all tools are located in tool bar.
  • status bar-status bar is located at the bottom of screen.
  • scroll bar -by using scroll bar we can move the page upwards downward left or right.

6.we can check spelling and grammar mistaken by clicking on the grammar and spelling check options from tool bar.
