1)

a) a=-3/5,b=-2/7

a-b=-3/5+2/7

=-21+10/35

=-19/35

b-a=-2/7+3/5

=-10+21/35

=19/35

hence a-b not =b-a

by this method you can solve the remaining problems.

2)

a)a=-2/3,b=5/7,c=-1/6

a-(b-c)=-2/3-(5/7+1/6)

=-2/3-1

=-5/3

(a-b)-c=(-2/3-5/7)+1/6

=-29/21+1/6

=-51/43

a-(b-c)not=(a-b)-c

hence by this method you can solve the remaining problems

ShaikJavidbasha: - 21 + 10 = -11 and 21 - 10 = 11

Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

a - b does not equal to b - a

1) a = -3/5 b = - 2/7

a - b = -3/5 + 2/7

a - b = - 21 + 10 /35

a - b = - 11/35

b - a = - 2/7 + 3/5

b - a = - 10 + 21/35

b - a = 11/35

so a - b does not equal to b - 0

2) a= 2/-9 b = 1/3

2/-9 - 1/3 = 1/3 + 2/9

6 - 9/-27 = 9 + 6/27

- 1/9 does not equal to 5/9

so similarly do all the remaining

2) a = - 2/3 ; b = 5/7 ; c = - 1/6

l.h.s = a - (b - c)

b - c = 5/7 + 1/6

b - c = 30 + 7 /42

b - c = 37/42

a - (b - c) = -2/3 - 37/42

a - (b - c) = -28 - 37 /42

a - (b - c) = -65 /42

(a - b) - c =

a - b = -2/3 - 5/7

a - b = - 14 - 15/21

a - b = -29/21

(a - b) - c = - 29/21 + 1/6

(a - b) - c = - 58 + 7/6

(a - b) - c = - 51/6

so a - (b - c) doesn't equal to (a - b) - c

similarly simplify all the questions
