Having studied fron both the boards I'd say Both are good...None of them is superior..Both have their own facilities..If you are a good student then board doesn't really matter.

hey mate
in my point of view CBSE board is structured as only the questions from your text book would be provided
and ICSE is been conducted by another board
soooooo CBSE board is a good choice
