∴ Surface area of bigger box = 2(lb + bh + lh)

Then, Area of cardboard required for 250 smaller boxes

= 250 * 630

∴ Total Area of the cardboard required:

= 362500 + 157500

= 520000 cm².

Given that 5% of the TSA is extra.

= 5% of 520000

= 26000 cm²

So, the total area of the sheet including overlapping:

= 520000 + 26000

= 546000 cm²

Rate per 1000 cm³ = 4.

Cost of cardboard = (546000 * 4)/1000

                               = 2184.

Therefore,cost of cardboard =2184.
