Here's your answer:
Let breadth be x m
So length is 2x + 2 m
Perimeter = 154 m
We know, Perimeter = 2(length+breadth)
P = 2(l+b)
154 = 2[(2x +2)+(x)]
154 = 2(3x+2)
154 = 6x+4
6x = 154-4
6x = 150
x = 150/6
x = 25 m
2x+2 = 2(25)+2
= 50+2 = 52 m
So length is 52 m
And breadth is 25 m
Let breadth be x m
So length is 2x + 2 m
Perimeter = 154 m
We know, Perimeter = 2(length+breadth)
P = 2(l+b)
154 = 2[(2x +2)+(x)]
154 = 2(3x+2)
154 = 6x+4
6x = 154-4
6x = 150
x = 150/6
x = 25 m
2x+2 = 2(25)+2
= 50+2 = 52 m
So length is 52 m
And breadth is 25 m
