let these angles be 4x and 5x

..

Now..

as AB is a straight line

so,

a + b + 90° = 180° ( linear pair or straight angle)

4x+5x= 180°-90°

9x =90°

x=10°

so, a= 4x =40°

and, b=5x =50°

Now,

angle BQS = angle a {vertically opposite angles}

angle BQS = 40°

Now,

Line AB is a straight line so,

c + angle BQS= 180°

c+40° = 180°
