Let us take the sentence "boys play in the park" . Here :-

Simple sentence - Boys plays in the park

Continous - Boys are playing in the park .

Perfect - Boys have played in the park .

Continous perfect - Boys have been playing in the park .

Another examle is " I watch T.V. " . Here :-

Simple sentence - I watch T.V.

Continous - I am watching T.V.

Perfect - I had watch T.V.

Perfect continous - I had been watching T.V.
