HELLO DEAR,

area \: of \: segment =  \frac{theta}{360}  \times \pi {r}^{2}  -   \frac{1}{2}  \times  {r}^{2}  sin \: theta \\  =  >  \frac{30}{360}  \times  \frac{22}{7}    \times 14 \times 14 -  \frac{1}{2}  \times 14 \times 14 \sin(30)  \\  =  > 196(  \frac{1}{12}  \times  \frac{22}{7}  -   \frac{1}{2}  \times  \frac{1}{2}  ) \\  =  > 196( \frac{11}{42}  -  \frac{1}{4} ) \\  =  > 196( \frac{22 - 21}{84} ) \\  =  >  \frac{196}{84}  \\  =  > 2.33cm^{2}
HOPE ITS HELP YOU

Dear Student ,

Please find below the solution to the asked query :

Area of segment=θ360×πr2−12r2 sin θ=30360×227×14×14−12×14×14×sin 30=196 (112×227−12×12)=196 (1142−14)=196 (22−2184)=19684=2.33 cm2 .   ANS...
