hi I Am answering the second one
we need to educate more children so that they can use their wit in improving things. In this way we can able to develop our country India. Indirectly we can say conservation of human resource.

✔The first step for that should be to reduce the poverty in India!
•The very big reason our country is lacking behind in many of the fields is poverty and unemployment.
•According to a renowned website..... about 22% of the Indian Population is below poverty line!
•In my opinion the biggest cause of this is unemployment......to ensure the decrease in unemployment the authorities should look forward towards good education.....

✔ Another main step to make India a Superpower could be to lessen the Amount of Corruption faced by the country.....
• Even The so called authorities have been doing the same thing since years...
•The corruption in India is increasing day by day! which is a matter of big concern..
• Most of our authorities have been found doing so just to gain money.....which is very disappointing for our nation....
• For it's prevention, the government should ensure the benefit of their subjects not their own!

✔The last but not the least step we can take to make India a Super power is to support the "MAKE IN INDIA" policy started by our Prime minister......
• This policy of the government ensures that a large number of incredible things that we'll have to buy from other countries.....all those things should be made in our country
•This will show the world what Indians can do for their country.....

✔A great and incredible future generation or rather future India can be achieved only by providing proper education to our children....
✔For this the authorities should ensure the increase in number of schools in rural areas......
✔And also in those government schools, along with fulfilling the basic needs of the students.....the government must take care of the education.....

All the stuff that I just mentioned is not only the responsibility of our authorities but also ours...! So that We can ensure the development of our coming generation and our nation.....
