I am assuming your question is historical and refers to the different political parties participating in the Russian Revolution(s) and that by “class 9”, you mean high school. If this is not the case, you might find this answer unsatisfactory. My apologies in advance.

In brief, in the years leading up to the Russian Revolution in February 1917 (i.e. the first Russian revolution, not the Bolshevik Revolution which happened in October) the two largest socialist parties in Russia were the Social Democrats (the main Marxist party) and the Socialist-Revolutionaries who represented an indigenous Russian peasant-based school of socialism. The Socialist Revolutionaries were somewhat influenced by Marxist ideas but drew eclectically from a wide range of left-wing social theories including anarchism (which was also a significant school of socialist thought in Russia) and various forms of utopian socialism.

Both the Social Democrats and the Socialist Revolutionaries split into moderate and radical factions. In the case of the social democrats, this resulted in the dissolution of the party and the founding of two rival parties; the orthodox Marxist, moderate Mensheviks and the radical revolutionary Bolsheviks (who would later rename themselves “communists”). The Socialist Revolutionaries, on the other hand, did not entirely split but the Right and Left factions operated as de facto separate parties. The Right SRs were the main party of government after the February Revolution and Alexander Kerensky, who belonged to this party, headed the post-revolutionary government until he was overthrown by the Bolsheviks in October.

After the communists took power, the Left Mensheviks and Left SRs were generally “critically supportive of the government, whereas the Right Mensheviks and Right SRs were hostile to Lenin and the communists.

The different parties were divided largely on specific theoretical questions as well as a number of practical policies, including whether the Russian Revolution should aim to immediately attempt to build a socialist society or not.
