balanced force:-

force which doesn't cause displacement of body. it can be a single force or vector summission of many forces.

unbalanced:- force which causes displacement of body. it can be resultant of many forces or a single force vector.

Two force acing on each other which is not equal and opposite which cause motion........this is called unbalanced force
