Shaikh Abu al-Faiz ibn  was a poet and scholar of late medieval India He was born on 20 september 1547 in Agra.His father name was Shaikh Mubarak Nagori.  He became the Malik-ush-Shu'ara of Akbar's Court in 1588. He was the elder brother of Abul Fazl
