How can I ban a person if he is disturbing me everyday ?????

HERE IS YOURS ADVICE;

◆ If the user is disturbing you in INBOX section, then you can block or report the user by clicking on top right three vertical Dots displayed.

◆ If the user is disturbing you in COMMENT section, then you can warn him once or twice. If then also problem doesn't solve, then you can ask for help to yours closest moderator.

Well Brainly is a site promoting education and thus is just used for this service only. 

If you find any person disturbing you, you can contact the moderators or the leaders. 

Well before you contact them you can have some basic guidelines. 

If he is irritating through meesages then you have an option called block. This will be helpful for you to block him.

For disturbing in comments you can unfollow the question. But if it is your own question then you can contact leaders and inform your issues.
