Here is your answer :
================================

PLASTIDS : Plastids are cell organelles which are present in only plant cells and some algae. They are double membraned Sacs useful preparing food and storing the food.

There are mainly four types of Plastids. They are :

》Chloroplast

》 Chromoplast

》 Gerentoplasts

》Leucentoplast

● CHLOROPLAST : Chloroplasts are the main Plastids in plants. These are useful in the process of photosynthesis. These contains Thylakoids which are responsible for Photosynthesis. Chloroplast contains a green pigment called Chlorophll which is responsible for the green colour of plants.

● CHROMOPLAST : These are mainly found in fruit and flowering plants. these are used in storing and synthesizing the pigments. The chloroplast are changed as Chromoplast.

● GERENTOPLAST : These are also Chloroplasts. These are responsible for the falling of leaves which are not able to continuity photosynthesis.

● LEUCENTOPLAST : These are non coloured Plastids. These are used in synthesizing amino acids and fatty acids. Theseare the storage of Protiens, lipids and starches etc
