find the area of bigger circle then subtract the area of smaller circle. now u will get the middle area. then use formula of arc then subtract it

1. find the area of the bigger circle

2. find the area of the sector by doing (22/7 * 42*42* 60°)/360. (formula for area of sector).

3. find the area of the remaining part of the smaller cicle by subtracting 60°from 360°and putting its value in the place of 60°.

4.area of shaded region=area of bigger circle-(value from 3. + 4.)
