base of triangle is 10 cm and on left side it is given 6 cm which is the height of triangle so we will divide it by 2 i.e 3 cm will come as height. Area of triangle will be 1/2×l×b. this will get our area of 1 triangle now multiply it by 2 to get area of kite. Now we got base as 10 cm for rectangle that is length of rect. and height of triangle is 3 cm that is the breadth of rect. are of rect is l×b. you will get your answer.
