in triangle AHD AND ACD

AD=AD (COMMON)

AB=BC(GIVEN)

AND

BD=CD(ACCORDING TO QUESTION)

THEN , TRIANGLE ABD CONGRUENT TO TRIANGLE ACD ( by SSS CONGRUENCE RULE)

AND ANGLE ABD =70/2=35° because ACD IS S AN ISOSCELES TRIANGLE THEN ANGLE WILL BE EQUAL TO ANGLE C AND ANGLE BAC =40°

THEN X+X+40°=180°

2x=180°-40°

x= 140/2

x =70°

Which means Angle ABC = 70°

and half of ABC =ANGLE ABD

THEREFORE, 70°\2=35°=ANGLE ABD
