These days, teenagers spent too much time playing video games. do you have any good advice for students to break this habit? (140 words)

Today's teenagers are more engaged in the playing vedio games and using lots of gadgets by this they are wasting their time of studies and rest...

This practice and habit must be stopped because Its important for the future of the children and the nation too...

√ According to your question , the advice to break that habit among children should be :-

• They must have to prepare a time table and use to give time to play vedio games too but day by day decrease the time of playing and at a day it will completely end to play the games..

• They must find the alternatives of vedio games such as indoor and outdoor games like cycling, football, etc that makes their health and enjoyment also....

• They should meditate and focus on their studies first and make a habit of reading or writing something at the free time..

• They should spend the time with family and friends to keep them busy and to know the different things...

TODAY TEENAGERS SPENT LOT OF TIME IN PLAYING VIDEO GAMES,USING GADGETS LIKES : MOBILE, PERSONAL COMPUTER ETC.,

=> THESE EFFECT THERE STUDIES SO MUCH.

=> AND THEY WILL CONCENTRATE ON THEIR STUDIES.

=> BY THESE GADGETS , THEY SPOIL THEIR LIFE.AND THERE LIFE TOTAL WILL GET DISTURBED.


TO AVOID THESE VIDEO GAMES AND GADGETS. WE MUST FOLLOW THESE RULES:

1) FIRST OF ALL ,WE SHOULD AVOID MOBILES.

2) AND WE SHOULD CONCENTRATE IN STUDIES.

3) AND THEY SHOULD MAKE A HABIT OF READING BOOKS AND OTHER ARTICLES.

4) WE SHOULD NOT SPEND LOT OF TIME IN PLAYING VIDEOS,AND USING GADGETS.

5) FOR OUR STUDY PURPOSE ONLY WE SHOULD USE MOBILE. NOT FOR OTHER THINGS.

6) WE SHOULD PLAY OUTDOORS GAMES.

7) BY PLAYING OUTDOOR GAMES,WE CAN BREATH FRESH AIR,AND OUR BODY ALSO WILL BE HEALTHY.

8) AND THEY SHOULD ALSO SPEND THEIR TIME WITH THEIR FRIENDS AND WITH THEIR FAMILY.
