hey if I leave anyone or hurt anyone( my bestie or more than ) just becoz of her/his future so is it right may he / she feels bad or negative about me but it is absolutely right for her / his future

If you are leaving him/her for his/her better future then you are right.
It will be hurting for him/her but he/she will eventually understand your feelings.
But don't let him/her know about it he/she can understand it after sometime.
