hey!

here is your answer >>>

area ( Lenght * breadth) = 460

Let us take breadth as X ,

Then length will be , (15/100)x + x

=> (3x/20) + x

=> 23x/20 = length,

now,

(23x/20)(x) = 460

(23)x^2 = 460(20)

x^2 = (460*20)/23

x^2 = 20*20

x^2 = 400

x = √400

x = 20 meters!

Breadth is 20 meters,

length = (23*20)/20

=> 23 meters!

Hope my answer helps!✌️

Hi there !!
Here's your answer

Given that ,
The length of the rectangle is 15% more than it's breadth
Let the breadth be x

length \:  = x + 15\% \: of \: x

length \:  = x +  \frac{15x}{100} \\  = x +  \frac{3x}{20}

length \:  =   \frac{23x}{20}
Area of rectangle = length × Breadth

460  =  \frac{23x}{20}  \times x

460 =  \frac{23x {}^{2} }{20}

 \frac{460 \times 20}{23}  =  {x}^{2}

x² = 400

x = ✓400
x = 20

So,
the breadth is 20 metres
