Answer:

a = 4;b=6

Step-by-step explanation:

As the ratio of

 \frac{a1}{a2 }  =  \frac{b1}{b2 }  =  \frac{c1}{c2}  =  \frac{1}{4}

And thus we will get infinite sol^ n

Hope it helps

HERE IS UR ANSWER

_____________________________

2x + 3y = 7

2x+3y-7=0..(i)

2ax + by = 28 – by

2ax+by+by-28=0

2ax+2by-28=0..(ii)

if \:  \frac{a1}{a2}  =  \frac{b1}{b2}  = \frac{c1}{c2}

then,the solutions are infinite.

from (i) and (ii)

 \frac{2}{2a}  =  \frac{3}{2b}  =  \frac{ - 7}{ - 28} \\ for \: a \\  \frac{2}{2a}   =  \frac{ - 7}{ - 28}  \\  \frac{1}{a}  =  \frac{1}{4}  \\ a = 4 \\ for \: b \\  \frac{3}{2b}  =  \frac{ - 7}{ - 28}  \\  \frac{3}{2b}  =  \frac{1}{4}  \\ 2b =  \frac{12}{1}  \\ b =  \frac{12}{2}  = 6
