Is time travel possible ?? If yes how if now why

Very crudely speaking we all travel with time. Our time travel speed is '1 sec per sec'. What is very natural. But the question is can we slow this down or make it run faster or even backward. Make time run slower is possible via Einstein's special relativity, when you travel near to the speed of light. But faster flowing time or backward flowing time is impossible. It costs a very large amount of energy. Even if you are able to generate that much energy and travel backward or forward in time, we will not understand that you are time travelling. Also, there is a very famous paradox, suppose you go back in time and kill your ancestor (for the sake of science) before your birth. By doing this, you prevent yourself from coming to the world. Now, how can you then time travel and do the crime?

On the other hand, freezing time means you are not going to let anything evolve with time. You can not have a understanding it. The light rays will not come to your eye, you will not sense anything because nerve signals are also freezed, your heart will not beat, you will not think, you will be just like a dead person. 

In black holes time stops. Creating a big black hole where you enter and experience time freezing is a very dangerous thing. Firstly, it can destroy our planet or may be our galaxy. Even if you make it stable, once you enter it, you can never come out, because in a black hole the gravity is so large that even light can not escape it.
