heya...

Antigenic determinants are components of antigen. Each antigen carries many epitopes. Each Y-shaped antibody molecule has atleast two binding sites that can attach to a specific epitope on an antigen. An antibody can also bind to identical epitopes of two different cells at the same time which can cause neighbouring cells to aggregate. Antigens combine with the antibody. The combination is very much like the lock and key analogy.

Antibody (Ab) also know as Immunoglobulin is the large Y shaped protein produced by the body’s immune system when it detects harmful substances, called antigens like bacteria and viruses. The production of antibodies is a major function of the immune system and is carried out by a type of white blood cell called a B cell , differentiated B cells called plasma cells. The produced antibodies bind to specific antigens express in external factors and cancer cells.

Blood is a connective tissue. majority of blood is made of liquid called plasma . plasma is matrix of the blood.blood have different cells in it

1.red platelets( erythrocytes)

2.white blood cells(leukocytes)

3.blood platelets(thrombocytes

hope it helps you dear.. π_ππ_π
