here is your answer OK

history should be studied objectively. It is not a story to have heroes and villains.

Rather ask the questions ”What are the difficulties India faced because of Gandhi’s assassination?”, “What is its effect on Hindus?”, “Would there have been the so called pseudo secularists in abundance?”

Unfortunately history is written by winners. A hunter who shoots a lion takes photos and writes a book about his trophies. If the lions could write we would have known the number of hunters killed by lions.

Villain for congress and hero for saffron parties.
But his act of killing Mahatma Gandhi a man of peace during the process of creation of nation cant be justified. It had created problems to the newly carved nation. No doubt there may be reasons as spoken by him in his trial but to opt for violence to silence gandhi is hateful and shows that he had no faith in union leadership and in democracy. There is some book also by his brother gopal godse supporting his cause and concern. It was iiird attempt on gandhi s life by such so called hindu favourites even then gandhi and govt did not made proper arrangements of security. It was his firm faith in good deeds as Gandhi was a saint and had no grudge with anyone and was doing good for the entire humanity. He had firm faith in God .

Godse suffered from deep psychotic issue and hatred towards Gandhi in person. His philosophy of united India was correct, but it terribly disturbed him seeing India divided. He accused Gandhi for partition, when actually it was the British, Nehru and Jinnah who were more responsible for it.
It was Mountbatten, Nehru and Jinnah as the true villain while people suffered including Gandhi and Godse. People like Godse launched attach on Gandhi and other Muslim brothers and Hindu Brothers with misplaced notion, two country notion etc. exactly the way British wanted.
Godse killing Gandhi was a terrible mistake which eventually gave more unchecked power to nehru and Congress and today u can see the consequences of a ruined/poor India. Gandhi had a great vision for India and had he been alive India wud have been very different.
I feel pity for Godse. He certainly did not die as a Hero.

I HOPE IT WILL HELP YOU DEAR ÂBHÏ
