Hey Mate !

I know this only

But I hope you will clear this concept

Heat conduction is basically a molecular motion phenomenon. If you put a metal rod in a fire and hold the other end in your hand. eventually your end gets too hot to hold. The heat of the fire causes the energy modes of the molecules at that end of the rod to increase. For solid metals, the molecules form cubic crystals with molecules at each vertex of a crystal lattice . The molecules are held in place by the bonds between them, so they can’t move around very much. They can vibrate though, and for non-metals that’s all they can do, so the transfer of their vibrational energy to adjacent lattices , is a slow and inefficient process. That’s the case for non-metallic solids like ceramics, which are therefore fairly good insulators. The energy transfer from one lattice to the next one is inhibited because the molecules are sort of fixed in place, they can only transfer energy by one mode .

Metals have the types of bonds between molecules that result in free electrons, that are free to float around wherever they want because they aren’t bonded with any of the corner molecules. This provides a whole new way of energy transfer - the free electronics pick up energy directly from the energy source and carry that energy straight to the adjoining lattice by their free movement. This is a much more efficient way to transfer energy, which makes the metals very good conductors of both heat and electricity.

Now , come to case of Graphite

Graphite is the only non-metal element that is a good conductor of electricity.

Because

Graphene is simply one atomic layer of graphite - a layer of sp 2 bonded carbon atoms arranged in a hexagonal or honeycomb lattice. Graphite is a commonly found mineral and is composed of many layers of graphene.

Graphene is an amazingly pure substance, orderly structure based on tight, regular, atomic bonding of Carbon. Carbon is a non metallic element. But In fact, graphene behaves much more like a metal,so it is described as a semi - metal or a semi - conductor.
