Heya ,,

See here for your answer....

==================

What is the resperation ??

Answer --

It is the biological process to inhale and exhale the breathe ...

It is the movement of oxygen from the outer atmosphere in the cells of our inner body and the movement of carbon dioxide from our body cells in the outer atmosphere ...

How we resperate ??

We take the breathe by our nose and mouth too and it travels through the oesophagus and reaches into the lungs that cause to the raise in air cavity of diphagram and when we exhale the diaphragm gets contracted again and the CO2 gets released..

Thank you
