There are many factors which lead to this -

1.The place Sagar is a very small town in Madhya Pradesh which is neither capital nor any historical or famous place.

2. The population and the crowd of the city is having less exposure.

3. The administration of dhsgu is corrupt..hard to say but yes it is ..!

4. People here are so reluctant for any changes.

5. The dhsgu became the central university few years ago only unlike DU.
