 {\huge {\mathfrak {Answer :-}}}

➡️ 12x + 6 = 12xy

Or, 12xy - 12x = 6

Or, 12x(y - 1) = 6

Or, y - 1 = 1/2x

Or, y = 1 + 1/2x.

➡️ 4x + 8y = 10xy

Or, 4x + 8 + 4/x = (10 + 5/x) x

Or, 4x + 8 + 4/x = 10x + 5

Or, 10x - 4x - 4/x = 8 - 5

Or, 6x - 4/x = 3

Or, 6x^2 - 4 = 3x

Or, 6x^2 - 3x - 4 = 0.

This, equation has no rational solution,

Because,

(-3)^2 - 4(6)(-4) = 9 + 96 = 105.

And 105 is not a perfect square.
