first of all u should minimize your palying time during exams then u should study like 25 mins study then 5 min break then 25 min study then 5 min break study like this then don't be distracted in other things during study and study in a silent surrounding

- stay away to mobiles.
- watching videos of that particular subject and revising it.
- Review the information periodically.
- Connect what you’re learning with something you already know
- write the Q/As 2/3 times without seeing
- Read key information out loud.
