we can improve the condition of this section by ......
1. strict labour law .
2.government must promote trade barriers.

suffered very much.....as they lost their market...
1. The government must support them still they become strong enough to compete with the multinational companies.
2. The must increase the tariff barriers on import to save the inland producer
