Ans : LOCOMOTION is the type of movement in animals which is based on any work . Locomotion can also be defined as movement from one place to the other place which is performed by animals for fulfilling some of there needs.

☞ Examples of LOCOMOTION :

1. Walking
2. Running
3. Swimming
and so on like that .....

☞ Why LOCOMOTION ?

Ans : LOCOMOTION doesn't require any specific reason and it is basically a work done by animals or living organisms for travelling to certain places .
