160m3 of water is to be used to irrigate a rectangular field whose area is 800 m2 .what will be height of the water level in the field??

So, volume of water used is 160 m³.

And it is worth mentioning that area used is 800 m².

This means that length, breadth and height of water that forms volume is havjng product of length and breadth as area of land.

L × B × H = 160 m³ ( water volume )

Where L × B = 800 m²

800 m² × H = 160 m³

H = 160/800 m

H = 1/5 m or 0.2 m

Hence water raised upto height of 0.2 m or 20 cm.
