In order to give an spark to your imagination to write a script for your short film you need to first choose a theme which could relate to the audience you want to target.
You can furthur go to youtube and watch a plethora of short videos with a moral ending availabe on the the desrired theme.
You can also read some books to get a vague idea of proper script formation.
