12x²-7x+1=0

12x²-4x-3x+1=0

4x(3x-1)-1(3x-1)=0

(4x-1)(3x-1)=0

hence. (4x-1)(3x-1) are the factors of polynomial
12x2-7x +1.

4x=1 or 3x=1
hence, x=1/4 or x=1/3

here's the solution.

hope this helps you :-
