let we take first two

x-18=y-x

2x=y +18

x=y+18/2 ...... (1)

now the last two

2y= -3+x

the first and last

x-18 = -3-y

x+y=15

put the (1) in it

y+18/2+ y=15

y+18+2y/2=15

y+18+2y=30

3y+18=30

3y=12

y=4

put this in(1)

4+18/2=x

x=11
