Hey dear!
Yr answer is here....
Given that,
tan A = cot B
Now,
tan A = cot B
[ cot (90-Φ) = tan Φ]
[ tan (90-Φ) = cot Φ]
cot(90-A) = cot B
cot B = cot(90-A)
by cancelling cot,
B = 90-A
A+B = 90°
Hence Proved!!
Hope it helps u...

Hey !!
Thanks for the question.
Given,
Tan A = Cot B
Tan A = Tan ( 90 - B )( According to identity formula )
A = 90 - B
A + B = 90
Hence , proved.
