This is the problem. We need to simplify the mixed fractions into improper fractions. So,

25/6 + [5/2 - {3 - (4/1 of 11/2 - 1/2 - 27/2)}]

Now, following BODMAS, we take the problem in the smallest bracket which is 4/1 of 11/2 - 1/2 - 27/2

= 25/6 + [5/2 - {3 - (44/2 - 1/2 - 27/2)}]

= 25/6 + [5/2 - {3 - 16/2}]

Do the curly bracket

= 25/6 + [5/2 - (- 10/2 )]

= 25/6 + [5/2 + 10/2]

= 25/6 + 15/2

= 25/6 - 45/6

= 20/6

= 10/3

= 3_1/3
