I)
$area = length \: \times \: breadth$
$= 500 \times 300$
$150000 {m}^{2}$
II) Now, 1m^2 costs ₹10000

$so \: 150000 {m}^{2} \: will \: cost \:$
$= 150000 \times 10000$
$= rs.1500000000$
