\huge\underline\mathrm{SOLUTION:-}

\mathsf { \frac{ - 2}{3}  \times  \frac{3}{5} +  \frac{5}{2}   -  \frac{3}{5}  \times  \frac{1}{6} }

\mathsf { =  \frac{ - 2}{3}  \times  \frac{3}{5}  -  \frac{3}{5}  \times  \frac{1}{6}  +  \frac{5}{2}\: (By \: Commutativity)}

\mathsf { =  \frac{ - 3}{5} \Bigg( \frac{2}{3}\:+\:\frac{1}{6}\Bigg) +  \frac{5}{2} \:(By \: Distributivity)}

 =  \frac{ - 3}{5} \Bigg( \frac{4\:+\: 1}{6} \Bigg) +  \frac{5}{2}

 = \frac{ - 3}{5}  \times  \frac{5}{6} +  \frac{5}{2}

 = \frac{ - 15}{30}  +  \frac{5}{2}

 =  \frac{ - 1}{2}  +  \frac{5}{2}

 =  \frac{4}{2}

 = 2

ThereFore:

  •  \frac{ - 2}{3}  \times  \frac{3}{5}  +  \frac{5}{2}  -  \frac{3}{5}  \times  \frac{1}{6}  = 2
