In a class of 40 students 2/8 of total number of students went for a picnic. Find out the number of students did not go for picnic ​

no. \: of \: students \: went \: to \: picnic \:  = 40 \times  \frac{2}{8} \\  = 40 \times  \frac{1}{4}  \\  = 10 \\ left \: students \:  = 40 - 10 = 30
