area of rhombus =1÷2×d1×d2

148.8=1÷2×19.2×d2

d2 =148.8×2÷19.2

=148.8 ×2÷19.2

1488 ×2 ÷192 ×10÷10

1488 ×2 ÷192

=15.5

length of other diagonal =15.5cm
